Finance Committee Member Anita Uribe Martin is Director of Community Relations for University Health System. Ms. Martin has 20 years of experience in the public affairs industry, previously serving as a specialist for governmental relations and external affairs at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas and the Assistant Director of Economic Development for the City of San Antonio. Ms. Martin was appointed to the Brooks Development Authority Board of Directors in October 2017.

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Mass Media, Houston Baptist University
