Event Details

Mitchell Lake Audubon Center and Brooks are teaming up to bring you a FREE gardening workshop at the Brooks Board Room located at 2664 Flight Nurse, San Antonio, 78235. You can learn how to attract birds, butterflies, and other pollinators to your gardens, all while saving water (and money!). Brittany Kryder, of Mitchell Lake Audubon Center, will talk about native plants for the San Antonio climate and South Texas soils, different plants to attract different wildlife and touch on basic design elements. The workshop, on Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., is great for beginners to wildscaping or gardening.

Space is limited for this FREE event, and registration is required for materials. Reserve your spot today!
