SAN ANTONIO — A gourmet food company will open a new plant in San Antonio and bring new jobs to the South Side.
A formal announcement was held inside the historic Hangar 9 at Brooks City Base on Friday, where the new Cuisine Solutions factory will be built. The $120 million project will bring 500 new jobs to the city.
Cuisine Solutions provides gourmet entrees, sauces and other menu items to food service providers.
During his remarks, Mayor Ron Nirenberg said Cuisine Solutions is the third global company to bring jobs to Brooks City Base.
