Hybrid: 

HYBRID conditioning session is accessible to all levels.  Each class provides a high-energy, fun fitness atmosphere with a personal training touch.
Sessions utilizes a mixture of unconventional tools like steel maces, steel clubs, kettlebells, sand bags, and more. Rounds are broken up by either cardio intervals, and/or non-weighted durability exercises for the whole body.
Participants in these training sessions have proven to burn anywhere from 700-1000 calories, and transform their physique like never before.
Hybrid Elite:
his 60-min HYBRID Elite conditioning session is recommend to those well versed in the language of unconventional training techniques and tools.
These session focus on technical movement & rotations powered by the steel mace, steel clubs, kettlebells, sand bags, and more. Each session provides a high-energy, fun fitness atmosphere with a personal training touch.
Participants in these training sessions have proven to burn anywhere from 700-1000 calories, and able to transform their physique like never before.
Hybrid Express:
These 30-min conditioning sessions provide a concentration in power bursting training for a mid-day jump start.
With a focus on bodyweight and unconventional tools like kettlebells, steel maces, steel clubs, sand bags, you will experience more from your workout like never before.
Express classes are perfect for those looking to get maximal results in minimal time.

Yoga:
This 60-min Yoga class is open to all levels and characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. As a group, participants flow through to intertwine the postures with intention, creating a deeper connection with the mind and body.
The class is carefully designed to flow with music ranging from Beyonce to Otis Redding. Come with an open mind and open heart.
Note: Sessions often utilize props such as bolsters, blocks and straps to make adjustments when necessary.
Core:
These 45-minute strength training session is accessible to all levels. Each class focuses on a mixture of cross-training, weight-lifting and body weight exercises.
Classes not only increase core strength, build muscle, cardiovascular endurance and athletic performance, but will define your physique.
Join us for this high-energy session structured to deliver the perfect blend of fat burning, muscle building, skill development, and fun.
BoxNBurn:
This 60-min BoxNBurn session is accessible to all levels. Each session focuses on REAL boxing technique with mitt work and bag work, combined with functional fitness exercises.
Classes are taught by BoxNBurn Academy Trainers and ONNIT Academy Specialist. Each session provides a high-energy, fun fitness atmosphere with a personal training touch.
Participants in these training sessions have proven to burn Burn 800+ calories/class!
If possible please bring:
Boxing Hand-wraps, gloves avail.
Show up 10 minutes before class to get coached on proper handwrapping!
BoxNBurn Express:
This 30-min BoxNBurn EXPRESS session is accessible to all levels.  Each session focuses on REAL boxing technique with mitt work and bag work, combined with functional fitness exercises.
