Philip Elmore
Director of Facilities and Landscape Maintenance
As Director of Facilities and Landscape Maintenance, Philip manages and maintains more than 100 buildings and 1,000 acres on the Brooks campus. Philip is responsible for the execution of capital improvement projects, forging tenant relationships, maintaining leases, conducting routine property inspections and directing both landscape and maintenance staff.
Before stepping into his current role, Philip served as a Property Manager at Brooks, overseeing the daily operations of a 162-unit single family housing development and assisting in the management of nearly 1 million square feet of commercial and industrial property.
Prior to joining the Brooks team, Philip worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Grubb and Ellis Management helping to transition Brooks Air Force Base Family Housing to private ownership.
