Brooks is ready to educate the next generation of San Antonio students. In addition to charter schools, Brooks is part of the San Antonio Independent School District, with a portion feeding into East Central Independent School District. Both districts have have high-achieving schools and are continually improving their extracurricular offerings and curriculum.

The first step to a medical career

CAST Med high school opened in August 2019 and adds to the pipeline of much-needed doctors and researchers in the San Antonio area. Students enrolled in CAST Med can follow one of three pathways: Biomedical Research, Medical Professionals, and Public Health Professionals.

  • High school instructional spaces include a 215-seat auditorium and lab spaces for biology, biotech and engineering, virtual anatomy and computer stations.
