Samantha H. Burke
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer Samantha H. Burke is responsible for assisting the President & CEO in the leadership and day-to-day management of the organization. She ensures the highest level of customer service to prospects, tenants, residents and other customers while maintaining organizational and financial integrity.
Samantha provides leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the proper administrative, operational and reporting procedures are in place to effectively grow the organization, and to ensure financial stability and operating efficiency.
Samantha also serves as the Treasurer for Brooks Gives Back, a 501(c)3. She previously served as the Brooks Chief Financial Officer, Director of Economic Development & Transaction Structuring, Director of Finance & Development Contracts, and Fiscal Manager.
Prior to joining the Brooks team in April 2013, Samantha was a budget analyst for the City of San Antonio.
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Research Statistics, University of the Incarnate Word.
