A Stronger Workforce

There are now 5 educational institutions, on the Brooks campus, from pre-K to medical school and TX FAME, with a total of more than 3,000 current students and more than 4,400 projected future students.

With the increase in housing, education, and employment opportunities in the area, more people choose to live, work, learn, play, and stay at Brooks, spending their money on, near and around the Brooks campus. This keeps spending in and around the immediate area instead of it migrating to other parts of town.

As Brooks Goes, So Goes San Antonio

The greater Brooks region has contributed more than $127 million in tax revenue to San Antonio and Bexar County since 2011. Another $41 million in tax revenue is expected by 2029. Our success contributes to San Antonio’s success.
