Dear Brooks Believers,
As we reflect on 2025, I am incredibly proud of what we accomplished together at Brooks. This was a year defined not only by growth, but by purposeful, community-centered progress—advancing opportunity, strengthening our local economy, and creating places where people can truly thrive.
Today, Brooks has surpassed $1.79 billion in completed development, with an additional $328.6 million driving the next phase of growth.
Here are the Top 5 milestones that defined our year:
1. Transformational Residential Growth
Brooks now has seven residential communities delivered and seven more underway, positioning our campus as one of the region’s fastest-growing hubs. Our newest multi-family development is achieving $1.75 per square foot, signaling strong market confidence and the quality of life we are creating.
2. $300M+ of Confidence in Brooks’ Future
In 2025, Brooks advanced more than $300 million in major residential developments, including Caroline, Altitude, Artana, and The Commons—demonstrating unprecedented confidence from developers, lenders, and long-term partners.
3. Building Belonging Across Generations
Through Sageland Flats and Cedar Ridge Terrace, Brooks expanded access to quality housing for families and seniors earning 30–70% of Area Median Income—reinforcing our belief that inclusive growth strengthens entire regions.
4. Emergence as a Regional Destination
Brooks officially became a regional hub—surpassing The Rim in food and alcohol spending with $30 million within a one-mile radius and drawing nearly 80,000 vehicles daily along IH-37 and SE Military. These numbers reflect a campus that is increasingly central to San Antonio’s economic and social life.
5. Where Community Comes First
From workforce access to cultural celebration and family programming, Brooks delivered meaningful impact:
• 400+ job seekers connected through our annual Job Fair presented by Workforce Solutions Alamo
• 5,000 attendees at Chanclas y Cervezas, an official Fiesta San Antonio event
• 400+ participants in our biannual, free youth fishing clinic and tournament in partnership with Fin Addict Angler
Together, these efforts show that Brooks isn’t just growing—it’s serving.
Each of these milestones reflects our core belief: when development is intentional, inclusive, and community-first, it becomes transformational.
Thank you for your trust, partnership, and belief in Brooks. The future is bright—and we are just getting started.
With gratitude,
Leo Gomez
