A project aiming to add density to the South Side is nearing its next milestone.
National apartment developer The NRP Group’s Haynes Lofts project, which would add 353 units to 9501 SE Loop 410, is up for final design review, documents submitted to the city show. The project near the Brooks campus will be reevaluated by the Historic and Design Review Commission (HDRC) next month for a certificate of appropriateness, as a portion of the property falls within the Mission Protection Overlay District. HDRC gave conceptual approval to the project in November 2024.
