Another Nothing Bundt Cakes location is set to open in San Antonio this month.
The newest spot from the Las Vegas-based bundt bakery can be found off SE Military Drive. A licensing filing for the Brooks location reveals that the opening date is tentatively set for Monday, December 18.
However, Facebook user Lucy Roser noted on the San Antonio Restaurants Facebook page that a sign outside the seventh Nothing Bundt Cakes simply says, “Baking Soon,” giving no inclination to the actual opening date.
The official Google page for the Brooks Nothing Bundt Cakes location also says, “opens December.” So all in all, the December 18 opening date seems most plausible as of publication.
The Nothing Bundt Cakes location will be the first for the Brooks area. The bundt-centric bakery is located behind a Starbucks in the area, housed in the building where a James Avery location used to be.
Known for their wide assortment of bundt cakes, the woman-owned chain has over 300 locations across the United States. In addition to standard bundt cakes, the popular bakery also personal mini bundt cakes deemed, “bundt-lets,” cupcake-shaped bundts called, “Bundtinis,” holiday-themed bundt cakes, and more.
Nothing Bundt Cakes also has themed cakes for all occasions, from birthdays, sports celebrations, baby shower bundts, thinking of you bundts, among many other “just because” bundt options.
