La Picosa

Project Description


La Picosa is the retail and entertainment district of the Brooks Town Center and will include restaurant and shop space. Outback Steakhouse, Pluckers Wing Bar, and BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse have been announced as tenants, with the latter opening in early April. Salad and Go, Dutch Bros. Coffee, MOD Pizza, Crumbl Cookies, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Bubba’s 33, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Snowy Village, and Stout House have, also, been announced as tenants.

Project Description


Located adjacent to The Greenline linear park, Southlake will be the first for-sale housing development at Brooks. The community will consist of 60 single-family homes.
