At 813,490 square feet, Brooks Global Crossing offers a world-class industrial development with endless opportunities and unmatched benefits. Roughly 150,000 square feet of Global Crossing will be occupied by Simwon NA Corp., which makes doors for electric vehicles produced at the Tesla factory near Austin.

Caroline at Brooks is an eight-building complex of multifamily and mixed-use tenants, which is expected to yield 373 apartments as well as ground-level retail and live-work units. Apartments will range from 614 to 1,660 square feet.

La Picosa is the retail and entertainment district of the Brooks Town Center and will include restaurant and shop space. Outback Steakhouse, Pluckers Wing Bar, and BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse have been announced as tenants, with the latter opening in early April. Salad and Go, Dutch Bros. Coffee, MOD Pizza, Crumbl Cookies, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Bubba’s 33, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Snowy Village, and Stout House have, also, been announced as tenants.

Los Cielos at Brooks is slated for almost 500 for-rent single-family residences and duplexes and will include a leasing center, fitness center, pickleball court and dog park, among other common amenities.

Located adjacent to The Greenline linear park, Southlake will be the first for-sale housing development at Brooks. The single-family development aims to allow current Southside residents and first-time home buyers the opportunity to remain on the Southside and realize their dreams of homeownership, while also attracting new residents to the area from throughout the region. The community will consist of 60 single-family homes.
